Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Send us your order number and the reason through the contact page. We will reply with instructions within one working day.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Allow five to seven working days for it to appear.
What we cannot accept
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging. Sale items are eligible for exchange but not refund.
